Notable companies within our portfolio include Praxis EMR, Holafly, MapVX, FullFlld, and Orchid Black, among others.We are hiring a skilled Logistics and Inventory Coordinator / Manager to oversee our Inventory Purchasing Processes, Accounts Payable, Shipping / Fleet Management, and Payment Processing and Record Keeping. This position requires on-site presence in Brooklyn, NY, and a proactive approach to ensure efficiency within a fast-paced environment across our sales teams, finance team, and warehouse team. Responsibilities:Oversee inventory purchasing processes to ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.Manage accounts payable related to inventory and logistics operations.Supervise shipping, receiving, and storage processes to maintain efficiency and accuracy.Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, sales teams, finance teams, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries and seamless operations.Track and analyze inventory data to identify trends and prepare detailed reports for management.Implement and maintain best practices for logistics and inventory management to optimize workflows and reduce costs.Oversee fleet management and shipping logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Process payments and maintain accurate record-keeping for all transactions.Requirements:Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or a related operational role.Familiarity with accounts payable and payment processing in the context of inventory management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate inventory and logistics data effectively.Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to coordinate effectively across departments, including sales, finance, and warehouse teams.Flexibility and proactive approach to adapt to evolving business needs.On-site availability at our Brooklyn, NY location (a car is required given the location within Brooklyn).
