As a team, we prioritize collaboration, technical excellence, and growth, both for our projects and our people.Role Overview:We're looking for an experienced Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager/Client Services Manager who not only brings a strong technical background in water and wastewater projects but also has a knack for business development. In this role, you'll lead a range of complex projects while working closely with our business development team to expand our client base, secure new projects, and build long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Oversee the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and resolve project issues to drive successful outcomes.Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the water and wastewater sector.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.Participate in proposal writing, project bidding, and negotiation processes to secure new work.Technical Leadership and Mentorship:Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies, integrating them into project planning and business strategies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, Chemical or a related field (Master's preferred).Professional Engineer (PE) license required.10+ years of experience in water and wastewater project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, permitting processes, and environmental compliance.Demonstrated business development skills with a focus on building client relationships and securing new projects.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Why Join Us?Play a central role in shaping projects that directly benefit communities and the environment.We support ongoing learning, career development, and mentorship for your professional journey.Join a team that values teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and innovation.Work with one of ENR's most highly rated engineering firmsIf you are interested in hearing more about this role, don't hesitate to apply in or email connor.sanderson@!
