As an Inc 5000 fastest growing business in the US, Merge prides itself on delivering exceptional value to our clients through innovative solutions and a client-centric approach.Job Description:As a Partnerships Manager you'll work directly under the Director of Sales, playing a key role in driving revenue and developing marketing initiatives that support business growth. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in both sales and marketing, can generate leads, build relationships, and execute strategic marketing efforts that complement sales goals.Key Responsibilities:Sales Development: Drive sales growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.Conduct client presentations, addressing client needs and objections effectively.Collaborate with the Director of Sales on strategic approaches to increase revenue.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.Marketing Initiatives:Spearhead with the marketing team to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand visibility.Contribute to the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and other materials that support the sales process.Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media campaigns, and events, to drive new business opportunities.Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize results.Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.Provide feedback from the deal team to improve offerings and marketing messages.Qualifications:Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. (4+ years)Experience with marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive sales growth.
