This includes assisting with processing payroll, managing employee records, and assisting with onboarding and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Assist with payroll, including timesheet verification and employee compensation adjustments.Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and payroll systems.Support new hire onboarding, including document collection, background checks, and benefits enrollment.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date documentation.Assist in generating HR reports, such as turnover metrics and payroll summaries.Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in HR support roles.
