The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with sales and logistics teams while utilizing technology platforms. This opportunity offers significant growth potential with an industry leader.Responsibilities:Responsibilities for the Retail Account Specialist will include Order Processing & Management. including inputting and track orders for big box store clients, ensuring pricing and delivery terms.Monitoring open orders and proactively resolving any discrepancies or fulfillment issues.Verifying inventory levels within Business Central ERP to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.Coordinating with warehouse teams to maintain accurate counts and identify variances.Working with the Demand Planner to develop and maintain effective production plans.Partnering with Procurement to ensure the availability of raw materials required to meet customer demand and forecasted needs.Generating and reviewing invoices, ensuring billing aligns with purchase orders and terms.Identifying and rectifying invoice discrepancies or payment issues.Leveraging Business Central for daily ERP tasks, including data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.Learning and effectively utilize additional platforms such as GoRamp and SPS Commerce for logistics, EDI transactions, and vendor municating with big box clients as needed to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Partnering with sales, supply chain, and accounting teams to maintain alignment on orders, inventory, and payment statuses.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations management, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.Experience in retail operations, order management, or supply chain support strongly preferred.Familiarity with big box retail standards and expectations is a plus.Experience or comfort with learning new SaaS platforms like GoRamp and SPS Commerce a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or a similar ERP system).
