Global Food and beverage manufacturer in White Plains, NY is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position requires exceptional organizational abilities, the capacity to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and administrative tasks, particularly in supporting high-net-worth individuals. The position is paying up to $65,000 + with the hours being 9am-6pm, 5 days in the office.Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive bookkeeping functions, including client write-ups for high-net-worth individuals.Accurately record financial transactions such as cash receipts and disbursements.Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain daily and weekly cash activity reports.Prepare monthly cash flow statements and manage property tax schedules.Oversee general office tasks, including compliance tracking, file maintenance, and document scanning.Support the Managing Director and provide additional assistance to the office manager as needed.Requirements:Expertise in QuickBooks to manage financial transactions with precision.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and managing complex spreadsheets.Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting effectively with team members and high-net-worth clients.Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.Basic computer skills are required; technical aptitude is a plus but not mandatory.
