Freight Broker

Partners Personnel is seeking a Freight Broker for our client in the Gainesville, GA area. This is a Contract to Hire position - Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a great company. This is a great opportunity to work with great company.SALARY: $50 - $55/kKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with clients and carriers.Negotiate pricing and contractsCoordinate the movement of freight from origin to destination.Prepare and process shipping documentation.Track shipments and provide updates to clients as needed.Negotiate rates with carriers to optimize costs.Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process.Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Freight Broker, Logistic Broker, or Freight AgentStrong understanding of freight transportation and logistics processes.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
