Job Title: Workplace CoordinatorLocation: 888 Broadway, New York, NY 10003Compensation: $30.00-$40.00/hrHours: This is an onsite role with the hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm EST Monday-Friday, with flexibility to stay onsite for evening events. Job Overview:This position sits the world's leading streaming entertainment service with 193 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, documentaries and feature films across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can watch as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, on any internet-connected screen. Members can play, pause and resume watching, all without commercials or commitments. We are seeking a Workplace Coordinator to join our New York team. As the Workplace Coordinator, you will work closely with our Workplace Experience and Operations teams to ensure we are consistently a world-class place to work. You'll also be part of our unique culture. This is a fast-paced and demanding company that requires a driven individual who can exercise good judgment, take quick initiative, and provide a high level of customer service to enhance our employees' and visitors' experience. Responsibilities: Provide the highest level of customer service to all employees, vendors and guests Assist food & beverage vendors with coffee, inventory, event setup & breakdown Assist with talent shoots and vendor load-in/ out as needed Inventory management and ordering workplace and office supplies Provide backup to our receptionist, during lunch breaks and coverage for callouts Oversee New Hire Orientation process Assist with general Workplace initiatives and pilots Monitor and respond to our workplace Slack channel and other employee-facing platforms, and assist with Workplace with company communications Always being available for guests, candidates, and talent in the office, identifying needs and fulfilling them appropriately in a friendly and professional manner Perform administrative tasks such as compiling reports, performing audits, tracking data, scanning, etc. Closely monitoring Envoy and Zendesk ticketsAssist the UCAN East Workplace Team in setting up and breaking down special events such as happy hours, pop-ups, internal meetings, parties and other eventsRequirements: Bachelor's degree is a plus At least 3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience Must be a team player, flexible, and professional Must be organized and detail-oriented Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to be resourceful and proactive Ability to lift 50lbs (moving furniture, boxes) Experience with Google Drive (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) is preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish (not required)
