Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist BriskHeat's online marketing strategies, focusing on SEO, PPC, and content development to improve website visibility, user experience, and lead generation. This role involves a mix of technical, creative, and analytical expertise, ensuring that strategies align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, be data-driven, and focus on achieving measurable results.Key Responsibilities: · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine SEO and PPC strategies that increase both organic and paid traffic.· Manage Google Ads (AdWords) and other PPC campaigns, optimizing ad performance to maximize ROI.· Conduct keyword research for both SEO and PPC, adjusting strategies based on market trends and customer behavior.· Analyze web analytics, KPIs, and ROI for SEO and PPC campaigns; report actionable insights to senior leadership.· Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action, and lead-generating forms to improve conversion rates.· Monitor and troubleshoot metrics like bounce rates, redirects, and click-through rates to implement timely website fixes.· Stay current on the latest SEO, PPC, and web marketing advancements, integrating new technologies and techniques as appropriate.· Lead content development efforts, including video and graphic design, to enhance website engagement.· Work closely with sales and e-commerce teams to align digital marketing strategies with broader business goals.Experience & Technical Knowledge: · Expertise in SEO and PPC tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, etc.), with a demonstrated ability to drive both organic and paid traffic growth.· Strong knowledge of web analytics, marketing automation, and performance metrics.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and provide customer support.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.· Creative mindset, able to contribute to content production (video, photography, graphics).· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics.Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.· 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC (Google Ads), and campaign strategy development.· Proven record of accomplishment in managing e-commerce platforms and improving online sales performance.· Relevant certifications in SEO, PPC, or digital marketing tools are a plus.· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.· Ability to work well independently and in a dynamic team environment, and interface well with many individuals.Only applicants living in Ohio will be considered.
