EcoEnclose is a Colorado-based, fast-growing company that specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of earth-friendly shipping supplies for entrepreneurs and businesses across the country. Our Customer Success team supports small to medium-sized businesses in reaching their sustainability and packaging goals. Many of our customers are fast-growing brands in industries such as apparel, outdoor gear, natural and clean beauty, natural foods, eco-home goods, art, and jewelry. Their products are often natural, organic, recycled, sustainable, fair trade, and USA-made, and they need our help shipping their products in a way that embodies their values. Role responsibilities:This role is a mix of sales support and customer success. Our Customer Success team manages a high volume of inquiries through a shared inbox and phone calls. Our customer base ranges from small Etsy sellers to some of the largest brands in the country, and we strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience to everyone we interact with. Customer inquiries range from sustainability questions to product & design support and logistics management. This role will also serve a critical support function for our Sales team in providing a high level of customer service to key accounts. This role requires the ability to pivot quickly between tasks and balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
