In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining project schedules, budgets, and tasks while ensuring smooth communication across various stakeholders. The Coordinator will collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure project success.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage detailed project schedules, especially for backorders, and update them as neededCoordinate with vendors and customers to resolve inquiries related to deliveries, warranties, and start-up concernsFinalize project closure documents to ensure proper completion and documentationProvide administrative support to the project management and estimation teams, including assisting with sales order creation and project bid identificationWork closely with cross-functional teams to resolve open issues, ensuring follow-up until resolution and involving the right team members when necessaryMaintain organized electronic project files with up-to-date documents and deliverables, preparing files for the next phaseGain a deep understanding of customer needs to be a resource in addressing their queries and concernsDevelop product expertise to support the team effectivelyMonitor client satisfaction, both internal and external, and foster strong relationships with all stakeholdersRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent, or 2-3 years of relevant work experienceProven experience in project coordination, administration, or related fieldsKnowledge of basic project management principles and methodologiesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyExcellent planning, organization, scheduling, and budgeting skillsTeam-oriented with a collaborative mindsetProfessional communication skills, both written and verbalQuick to learn new information and adapt as neededAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
