Business Development RepresentativeOverviewFootBridge provides staffing services to clients in oil & gas, utilities, renewables, industrial construction and more. We are looking for a motivated and eager business development representative to join our team. You will be working closely with account executives to identify opportunities and develop new client relationships. The position requires high call volume, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, and a desire to be a part of a close-knit team.ResponsibilitiesAchieve weekly activity metrics for call volume and meetings scheduledSupport account executives who sell to management-level clients at targeted energy companiesThink on your feet using creative methods to engage prospects via the phone and emailDevelop an understanding of a prospect's project-based challengesGenerate the interest level to secure an introductory call with a FootBridge account executiveQualificationsProven experience in sales, business development or account managementExcellent communication and networking skillsExperience with high volume outbound phone callsHigh achiever with a positive attitude and a competitive natureBachelor's degree preferredCompensation / Benefits$45-55k base salary plus commissions/bonusesComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401kFlexible work schedule with unlimited PTOFirst-class office space conveniently located near I-495 and I-93FootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
