Sales Specialist

Exterior Heroes of Ohio is building success in the Columbus and Dayton marketplaces and we need a committed, driven sales professional with practical expertise and a history of success selling residential roofing, window and exterior door solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales specialists act as a trustworthy resource to our residential customer including:Conducting thorough assessments and estimations for roofing, siding, and window projects.Developing and presenting project proposals to potential clients.Maintaining and expanding client relationships to generate new business.Collaborating with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate project specifications.Tracking and reporting on sales metrics and performance.Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.Participating in sales, marketing and promotional activities in all assigned markets which may require regular travel.QUALIFICATIONSIn addition to demonstrating a history of success though personal and professional integrity, ideal candidates will possess:Proven sales experience in the construction or home improvement industry.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Good understanding of project estimation and specification processes.COMPENSATIONExterior Heroes wants you to achieve. We will help you develop a client base in the coverage area and achieve success over time by offering a base salary of $50K, plus commissions at start.
