Ensure alignment of products with business goals and customer needs.Manage and mentor a small team of Product Managers. Drive a results-oriented, high-performance culture and provide guidance on product strategy and execution.Stay attuned to customer needs and market trends.Engage with users and stakeholders to ensure products deliver real-world value and achieve product-market fit.Drive the evolution of proven solutions to serve hundreds of customers.Define and implement strategic roadmaps for your product lines. Prioritize initiatives, overcome challenges, and ensure timely delivery.Advocate for ongoing product innovation and improvement. Leverage customer feedback, data insights, and market analysis to iterate and evolve product offerings.Communicate product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to executives and stakeholders.
