Trial Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate with a strong background in trial work to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations.Handle complex legal matters from inception through resolution, focusing on personal injury and related cases.Independently manage discovery processes, draft and argue motions, and prepare for trial.Actively participate in jury trials, leveraging your trial experience to advocate effectively for clients.Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategic case planning.Mentor junior associates and contribute to a collaborative team environment.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with at least one jury trial involving injury, preferably on the plaintiff's side.Skills: Exceptional courtroom skills, including trial advocacy, case strategy, and client communication.License: Must hold an active Ohio Bar License.Availability: Ability to work in the Dublin office at least 3 days per week.Additional: Having your own book of business is not required but may influence salary structure.Compensation and Benefits:401(k) matchingHealth, vision, and dental insuranceUnlimited time off (with pre-approval)Free ParkingOpportunities for professional development, including trial college and workshops
