Floral Manager

Position: Floral ManagerWe are in search of a passionate Floral Manager to become an integral part of our team. As a Floral Manager, you will be instrumental in curating exquisite floral arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and elevating the overall aesthetic experience for our clientele. Your role will encompass floral design, customer consultations, and ensuring our floral offerings align with the vision and expectations of our customers.Responsibilities:Create floral arrangements, bouquets, and installations and meet customer specifications.Engage with customers to understand their floral needs, preferences, and occasions, offering expert advice and recommendations.Ensure the availability of fresh flowers, plants, and decorative elements; manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maintain quality.Provide attentive and personalized service to clients, addressing inquiries, handling orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their experience.Collaborate with the Events team for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.Stay updated with floral design trends, techniques, and seasonal offerings to continually enhance our product offerings and customer experience.Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring workspace, including floral arrangement displays, tools, and storage areas.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in floral design or a related field is preferred.Strong artistic flair with a keen eye for detail, color coordination, and design aesthetics.Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to understand and meet client needs.Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.In-depth knowledge of floral markets, including the variety, seasonality, and sourcing of different flowers and plants.Proven ability to create bespoke floral arrangements for various occasions, such as weddings, events, and corporate settings.Experience with floral care, ensuring the longevity and quality of arrangements and products.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and collaboration.Flexibility to accommodate special events, weekends, and holidays as required.Benefits:Comprehensive health insurance options.Generous paid time off (PTO) policy.401(k) Retirement plan and Commuter programEmployee store discount.
