Well respected Miami law firm is expanding and seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury attorney with 3+ years' experience to join its Coral Gables office. Competitive salary and benefits package including a base salary up to $190,000 plus bonus and full benefits. The attorney can work in office or hybrid.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all facets of litigation cases concerning plaintiff personal injury casesProvide legal counsel to plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits, safeguarding their rights and pursuing fair compensation for physical injury, medical bills, and other related lossesMotion practice including drafting motions, responses to discovery requests, settlement contracts, and other case-related correspondenceFacilitate resolution discussions with other parties, insurance providers, and defense lawyersPrepare for and conduct trials, including jury selection, opening statements, witness examination, and closing argumentsQualificationsMember of the FL Bar3+ years' experience in personal injury litigation including conducting depositions, trial prep, and trialsIn-depth understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal proceduresDemonstrated success in personal injury cases, including settlements and verdictsMust have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative team player who can work effectively with colleagues and staffExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsIf you are a motivated attorney with a strong background in personal injury law, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
