We have strong aspirations to become the most popular high-protein bar in North America and beyond.Role and Responsibilities:The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners. You will be focused on building robust partnerships, aligning our sales strategies with retailer needs, working with regional distributors, and ensuring our products are positioned for optimal performance.Create tailored sales strategies for various retailers, ensuring they align with our overarching brand strategyBuild and maintain strong relationships with retailersWork closely with distributors to optimize our footprint and ensure execution at retailCollaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to support the execution of promotion strategiesTailor promotional and merchandising strategies to the unique requirements of each retailer ensuring our products are optimally positioned to capture consumer interestEnsure compliance with each retailer's standards, advocating for David's brand values and objectives to maintain a premium product presenceLeverage consumer data and industry trends to inform strategic planning and drive decisionsWhat you'll bring:Strong relationship-building skills and enjoyment for collaboration within the organization and with external go-to-market partnersThe ability to persuade and create buy-in from external stakeholdersThe ability to operate independently while clearly communicating your priorities and initiatives to the rest of the teamAnalytical background with the ability to distill numbers into decisionsHigh IQ/intellectual horsepower and accurateA self-starting attitude with a love for executing on ideas and moving quicklyHumble, self-aware, and curiousA desire to build an early-stage CPG company with a mission to create tools to increase muscle and decrease fatNote - we care much more about your attributes than your experience. If you are early in your career, do not be deterred from applying if you feel that you are the right fitPracticalities:This is a full-time role.Salary - $90-$110k per year, inclusive of cash bonus based on attainment of company targets100% covered Health, Vision, Dental Insurance.401(k).Substantial and required PTO.We work in the office 5 days per week in New York City - when culture lines up, it is fun to be in the office together.This role will require significant travel, as needed, to retail partners and to relevant tradeshow events.Application ProcessApplications will be evaluated on a rolling basis.The target start date for this role is Summer 2025.
