Associate Director/Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

Our client, a luxury skincare brand, is seeking a Associate Director/Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to join their team. Initially, the role will be remote until an office space is identified in NYC, at which point the role will work a hybrid schedule and work from the office 2-3 days per week.Job Duties Include:Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and audience engagementCoordinate and ensure the flawless execution of product launches and marketing campaignsCreate and implement social media strategies to grow community and drive loyaltyCollaborate with PR partners to design and implement influencer campaigns, including organic and paid initiativesIdentify and manage partnerships with brands and organizations in beauty, fashion, wellness, and cultureWork with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive and creative marketing initiativesMaintain knowledge of trends in relevant industries to inform marketing strategies and maintain cultural relevanceUtilize data and qualitative insights to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize future effortsJob Qualifications Include:8+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industriesDemonstrated success in creating and executing go-to-market strategies and establishing impactful brand partnershipsDeep knowledge of social media and influencer marketing, with a proven ability to drive resultsStrong awareness of cultural trends and a network of connections in beauty, fashion, and artHighly creative with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStartup experience is a plusStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesPay: $135k - $155k annuallyWhile PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
