Job Role: Scrum Master + QA AutomationLocation: Cary, NC (On-Site)Job Type: Full timeSalary: $120k+benefits.Experience: 9+Roles and responsibilitiesTechnical Scrum Master (QA Automation + Fineos + Scrum Master)Must have prior work experience as a Scrum Master / Scrum Lead / Release Lead on agile projectsMust have prior experience in Automation testingSound Technical background with proficiency in Java, Java Spring Boot, Microservices, JSON, REST Webservices, Databases like MongoDB or any other DB'sProven CI/CD (AKS/GitHub/BitBucket/UCD/SonarQube), Agile, DevOps/Lean experience to ensure that project adapts to digital platform ecosystemMicrosoft Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio (or other design tools) along with AGILE management tools (Azure DevOps/JIRA) Experience in BFSI Information technology or equivalentPossesses mastery level understanding of standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies, and leading practicesMust have in-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles, including Agile development and testingDemonstrated ability in applying automation for repeatable tasksStrong management, communication, technical and remote collaboration skill are a mustExperience in large cross system, cross team initiatives Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and proceduresExcellent verbal and written communication skills with focused attention to details as well as demonstrated professionalism and time/task management skills and ability to establish strong relationshipsStrong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to apply analysis to actionable insightsWell versed with product design and desire to improve the digital experience for customersOrganize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetingTrack and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progressMaintain process documentationEnsure the design team is practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibilityUpdate agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product & Sprint BacklogsInterfacing with key stakeholders and business leadersWorking with cross-functional teams for deliveryMentoring Team
