In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate visible impact and shape duagon USA's market presence in the industry. Your Responsibilities:Developing and executing duagon USA's growth strategy in the North American markets to ensure business goals are achievedCreating and nurturing contacts with industry leaders to generate and close sales opportunities Engage with customers across all functions and hierarchical levels, from engineers and buyers to CEO's, and showcase our value proposition Support our key customers with both your technical and commercial skills to retain them and drive additional revenueAcquire an in-depth understanding of our portfolio, including products and services, and keep up to date with the latest developments and industry trendsRecognize customer's needs and use your knowledge of duagon's offerings to create proposals exceeding their expectations Coordinate internally with relevant decision makers and expertise holders throughout our global network to create and deliver complex technical offers requiring engineering servicesScouting for and attending conferences, fairs, and industry association meetings as neededIndependently manage your sales account and rigorously follow the sales process, including CRM data generation and diligent opportunity managementDevelop, manage, and report on the sales pipeline within the territoryBuild and maintain a multi-year forecast and provide accurate monthly booking forecasts with a focus on generating growthWork with our partners to identify and develop new business opportunities Your Qualifications:Relevant professional experience in the North American rail industry (freight and/or transit), medical technology sales, and/or industrial automation preferredProven track record of successfully engaging with all levels within the customers organization including Top-Level management, decision makers, and end usersProven track record of developing strategies to capture business Know-how in analyzing target markets to generate and execute bold business plans Ability to rapidly develop and leverage a network to drive sales opportunities and achieve growth targetsExperience mapping out and navigating customer organizational structures to engage with relevant decision makers depending on the project sales stageOutstanding capacity to use your technical proficiency to conceptually engage with customers in the project development processMust be able to understand our customer's technical requirements and recommend and position our solutions to meet their requirements and solve their business challengesBachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification with technical orientation and business acumenWillingness to travel 50% of the time Account planning with an extended team and managing partner relationships Resourceful and rapid learning abilities Must have the marketing and sales skills necessary to be a strong contributor to the team's performance in the achievement of annual revenue goals Superior presentation, communication and negotiation skillsYou are analytical, solution oriented and result drivenYou excel working independently with large operational freedom and can also successfully cooperate in a team setting, taking the lead when neededBenefits:This position is a full-time salaried position offering a competitive base salary with a bonus structure, as well as excellent benefits including a company provided healthcare plan, paid sick days, vacation and holidays, in addition to a 401k plan with company match.Interested?
