The splendor of the 18th century through a prism of modern vision.A new Perfume dimension to access another dimension of the Being.About the RoleThe Brand Marketing Executive for Parfums de Marly is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that maintain and enhance the brand's luxury positioning. This role reports to the Brand Marketing Director and requires a deep understanding of the fragrance market, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across various teams and partners.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of Parfums de Marly's marketing strategy across the Americas, ensuring consistency with overall business goalsCollaborate with senior management and HQ to adapt global strategies to Americas and ensure locally relevant messagingSet strategic objectives per launch and oversee product & collateral forecast with Brand Marketing DirectorLead the planning and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns for product launchesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to produce product launch kits and communicate with all departments (North America Trade Marketing, Latin America, Travel Retail & Digital)Coordinate with supply & logistics to ensure product & centrally produced collateral timely deliveriesManage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing impactPlan marketing spend for product launches, campaigns and ongoing initiativesLiaise with Trade marketing, Sales & Digital teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives and support retail initiativesMonitor campaign timelines to ensure deadlines are metRole - Specific SkillsProject managementCommunication skillsTime ManagementData AnalysisCompetitive analysisBrand PositioningBrand StrategyCreativityFlexibilityQualifications2+ years related experience. Bachelor's degree is requiredHighly organized and detail oriented with a strong ability to support multiple projects simultaneouslyProven experience in marketing campaign management and collaboration with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical skills with focus on KPI's and ROIExcellent communication, copywriting and project management skillsMust possess excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe AcrobatSpeaking French or Spanish is a bonus
