A specialty services company in Illinois is actively seeking a new onsite Customer Service Representative for a promising position with their team in the Greater Chicago area. In this role, the Claim Specialist will be responsible for managing customer queries & complaints as well as processing orders, modifications, and escalating complaints across a number of communication channels.Responsibilities:The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:Responding promptly to customer inquiriesCommunicating with customers through various channelsAcknowledging and resolving customer complaintsProcessing orders, forms, applications, and requestsKeeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaintsCommunicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessaryProviding feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processManaging a team of Jr. Customer Service Representatives, as neededEnsuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer supportQualifications:6+ months of Customer Service-related experienceComputer savvySolid problem solving skillsExceptional phone etiquetteGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:Bachelor's Degree preferred
