Marketing Manager

Position Overview:AstroTurf Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee all marketing campaigns, support business development, and drive brand awareness to fuel our company's growth. This position reports to the Marketing Director.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.Work with a team of marketing professionals and ensure collaboration across departments.Manage the annual marketing budget and analyze ROI to maximize the efficiency of marketing spend.Oversee the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations.Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with the sales team to create sales tools, product literature, and marketing campaigns that support lead generation and sales objectives.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.Develop KPIs to track and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.Stay informed of industry trends and the competitive landscape to keep AstroTurf at the forefront of the market.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role.Proven track record in leading successful marketing campaigns and strategies.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Experience in the sports, construction, or turf industry is a plus.
