Apply today for immediate consideration.Candidates must be currently living in the Washington DC areaTitleEmployee Experience SpecialistWeekly Hours35 hours/ Full timeOffice StatusWork onsite 1 day a month, otherwise, remoteJob Status6-month contractHealthcare Benefits: NoneProvide support related to enhancing the corporation's employee experience in the hybrid work environment and learning and development programs.The Employee Experience Specialist will report to the Director of Learning and Development in Human Resources and is expected to collaborate with members of the HR team and other key partners to ideate, design, coordinate, and/or manage onsite and virtual employee social events, programs, and resources to increase connection, a sense of belonging, and funAs part of the HR team promotes and manage existing Learning and Development programsCreate and promote new L & D programsCoordinate logistics for planning meetings and record/maintain meeting minutes and materials for group convenings as neededCollaborate with key partners to design, coordinate, and execute employee events and programs (onsite and virtual)Collaborate with key partners to create resources and implement activities aimed at improving the onboarding experience (from offer through first 90 days)Help oversee a monthly onsite Collaboration Day to ensure it goes smoothly and is a positive experience for the employees who choose to attendSample projects include:Partnering with the Director of Learning and Development and other key partners to design, plan, and coordinate monthly onsite collaboration days in 2025.Coordinate and lead community of practice group focused on enhancing meeting effectiveness.Other duties and special projects as assigned by the Director of Learning and Development or HR leadership.
