Job Title : Martech Lead / ArchitectJob Location : Malvern, PA Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsMartech strategy and modernization.Orchestrated and delivered high-valued mktg transformation projectsAdobe Ecosystem (AEP, AJO, Target, Campaign, Workfront), CDP E2E Campaign lifecycle, Migration of campaign plaformsExperience Required12 + yrs of experience in Marketing technologies Solid hands-on on Adobe Experience products (AEP, AJO , CJA , RTCDP, Target,) with proven implementation experienceExperience as an architect for any Campaign Platform [ Unica , Adobe campaign ... ] Experience with Interaction Server and Message Center.Understanding of marketing operations and email deliverability.Strong understanding in Data Engineering technology Experience in Federal Audience composition is preferred.Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities, including data modeling, segmentation, and activation.Knowledge on AEP fundamentals, Data governance with Fintech experience. Proficiency in data integration technologies and tools such as Apache Kafka, Apache Nifi, or Talend.Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services such as Adobe Experience Cloud, AWS, is a plusProgramming skills in languages such as Js , Node.Js , Postman , SQL/PQL, or Scala is a plus Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, python or Hive is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Adobe Certified Experts and Masters is preferred
