Together we champion creativity and build thoughtful experiences and content that solve business problems and bring brands to life.Invisible North is seeking a talented and motivated NYC-based Creative Content Producer to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role is ideal for someone passionate about the intersection of creativity and production, with a keen ability to manage projects from ideation to final delivery. As a Creative Content Producer, you will work closely with our creative and production teams to deliver innovative content that meets client objectives and upholds Invisible North's reputation for excellence. In addition, this role will positively contribute to making Invisible North's culture an envy of the industry, a studio that turns out jaw dropping creative and design and does so by upholding an inclusive, flexible and giving work environment. While our main office is located in DUMBO Brooklyn, we work as a distributed team with members reaching from Maine to LA, and everywhere in between. This position is contracted on a project basis, hybrid (NYC), and should expect to work on ET hours. We do require that a portion of your time be spent collaborating with the team in-person in our Brooklyn office.Roles + ResponsibilitiesRFP and Pitch ProcessCollaborate with the team to craft compelling proposals, including creative strategy, concept development, and executional plans.Creative Strategy & DirectionAssist in developing unique content ideas and strategies that align with client briefs, brand goals, and project objectives.Production SupervisionSupport the execution of content production, from pre-production planning to on-set supervision, ensuring all deliverables are on schedule and budget.Post-Production OversightWork with editors, motion designers, and other post-production professionals to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality final assets.Cross-Team CollaborationAct as a liaison between creative, production, and account teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Innovation and InsightsStay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.Skills + Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in content production, preferably within a creative agency or production company setting.Based in NYC and able to work in-office.Strong understanding of the content production pipeline, including pre-production, on-set processes, and post-production workflows.Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, GSuite, and basic editing or motion design skills is a plus.Compensation$80k - $90k/yr This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.At IN, we acknowledge that in order to be a forward-thinking, culture-led agency, we must actively foster and uplift a multitude of perspectives, backgrounds, and ways of thinking within our team.
