The New York City Office (located downtown) of an international, prestigious, top AmLaw Firm is looking for a Senior Litigaiton Paralegal to support the group with complex, innovative matters. This Paralegal should have prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal at a top AmLaw Firm. Job Description/Key Responsibilities:Assist group with various matters, including but not limited to complex litigation (general commercial disputes, intellectual property, M&A, securities and sovereign litigations), arbitration, antitrust, bankruptcy, white-collar defense and investigations, pro bono and advocacy matters.Legal reserach and due diligence Handle ALL tasks related to preparation of pleadings, filings, cite-checking, bluebooking, and shepardizing Case management Assist with discovery and trial preparationDraft all litigation related legal documents and management of document production Handle any trial logistics when neededMay need to serve as interpreter - verbal and writtenTrack and manage all deadlines - some of which may be competingMentor to junior paralegals; train junior paralegals Requirements/Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal at a well-known, international, AmLaw FirmBachelor's Degree requiredFluency in another language besides English - highly preferredProficiency with legal and e-discovery tools/softwares (e.g., Westlaw, Lexis, Relativity, Westlaw Case Notebook, CaseMap, TrialDirector)Must be willing to work overtime when needed, including weekends - when necessaryMust be proactive, have exceptional customer service skills and know how to manage competing deadlines If you are qualified, interested and looking to learn more about the Senior Litigation Paralegal Role, please send either an MS Word or PDF version of your resume to Jess Levinson at jlevinson@.
