Role: SAP SD S4 HANA Service Ops100% RemoteOrder-to-Cash cycle, FG Logistics, RMA, Returns, Loaning, Install Base, Service OperationsVariant Configuration (VC), Sales Bills of Materials (S-BOMs) and service operations such as RMA, Install Base maintenance and WorkflowsJD Building strong partnerships with business at different levels of the organization to understand Business's needs and Reports back to the Product Owner business on status of the delivery of features and functionalityPerform detailed analysis of business requirements and identify, interpret, validate in providing appropriate system solutions, Fuctional Specifications, Process flow diagram and document user stories Proactively identify business problem and conditions and propose business process and/or system enhancements in providing consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projectsWork closely with developers / consultants in defining acceptance criteria and partnering with Scrum Team to estimate development effortand how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements (User Stories Points, Sprints, etc)Prioritized user stories and story points in partnership with BPO, PLO, and TS and Reports back to the Product Owner business on status of the delivery of features, functionality, and applicationsWork self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor in training the desired skills & experience in supporting day to day production support, enhancement's, and awareness of change management processMotivate and inspire the team to both deliver on agreed plans and to continuously improve, innovate and exceed.Actively involved in day-to-day production support, enhancements and familiar with change management process and its prioritizationExperience and Skills:Required:A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT as a business analystRelevant ERP/SAP S/4 HANA Experience in Sales & Distribution (SD) and Service Operation (PM) module with key functionalities such as Order-to-Cash cycle, FG Logistics, RMA, Returns, Loaning, Install Base, Service OperationsExpertise in design, customize, configure and testing of SD& PM modules in the area of sales documents (Quotation, Inquiry, Orders, Credit Memo Requests, Debit Memo Requests, Contracts), deliveries and billing document, IBaseExtensive knowledge on special sales scenarios: Third party sales, inter-company invoicing, intra / inter-company stock transport order, subcontracting, Scheduling Agreements along with integration with MM. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions requiredExperience in Finish goods Logistics Execution functionalities like outbound delivery processing, picking, packing, goods issue, transportation, and ware house management and route determinationExpertise in Variant Configuration (VC), Sales Bills of Materials (S-BOMs) and service operations such as RMA, Install Base maintenance and WorkflowsBusiness Process Modeling and ability to understand system landscape with SaaS & PaaS based applicationsExperience in SAP S/4 HANA integration with other business applications via interface by using different middlewares, file transfer methodology, EDI/IDOC, API'sAbility to translate business requirements into system solutions, Fuctional Specifications, Process flow diagram and document user stories.Ability to embrace changes and to deliver IT solutions in a fast-changing business/IT environment to manage complexity and ambiguityDesired / Preferred:Deployments of Fiori apps and good understanding of SAP Authorization workflowsHands-on experience in SAP Solution Managersuch as SOLMAN & CHARMand AGILE Methodology (SCRUM, SAFe, etc) as part of SDLCExperience with regulated environment GXP, SOX, etcStrong problem solving, analytical and design skills and knowledge in ABAP Program analysing, Query, LSMWSolid written, presentation and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of other application tools (GHX, SFDC, SAP CPQetc)Other:SAP Certification is a plusKnowledge of Automated Testing Tools such as HP ALM, JIRADomian Experience in Sales, Marketing and Service Operations will be an added
