UX Designer

This job is onsite in Miami, FL 33128Job DescriptionJoin the vibrant TOV team as a UX Designer! This position will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and functional designs for our online furniture platform. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to design exceptional user experiences that align with our brand and business objectives.ResponsibilitiesConduct user research and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the user experience.Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user flows and design concepts.Create prototypes and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and gather insights for improvement.Stay updated with UX trends and best practices to ensure our platform remains innovative and user-centric.Maintain a consistent design language and contribute to the development of design guidelines and standards.Qualifications: Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.Experience working in e-commerce or furniture-related industries is a plus.Benefits: Medical, dental & vision insurance 401k match (4%) Vacation timeHoliday leave Life insurance Discount on our furniture products
