Our R&D teams are committed to advancing healthcare solutions through collaboration, ingenuity, and excellence.OverviewAs a technical project manager in the software division, you will oversee the development of cutting-edge platforms, products, and applications within the Medical Device Business Segment.Plan, execute, and manage software release projects for embedded systems, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.Identify and address project risks and issues, developing effective contingency strategies.Maintain detailed project plans and regularly update senior leadership on progress and milestones.Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including FDA requirements, throughout the software development lifecycle.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams"”software engineers, quality assurance, regulatory, and clinical experts"”to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.Utilize agile methodologies to estimate, schedule, and execute project plans effectively.Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, continuously enhancing processes and providing technical guidance.QualificationsA bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.Demonstrated success in managing complex software integration projects.In-depth knowledge of medical device software regulations.Medical device experience is essential.Proficiency in agile development methodologies.Familiarity with one or more industry standards, such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, IEC 62304, IEC 60601, ISO 14117, ISO 14971, IEC 61010Exceptional project management and organizational skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.Creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative and practical solutions.
