Responsibilities will include:market and competitive analysis for all optical transport technologies (HW and SW solutions)feature definition and requirements for new productsinteraction with R&D team throughout development and test to help with daily product feature decisionsworking with North American sales team on proposals (particularly for not yet released product)technical marketing documentation (datasheets/detailed product presentations/white papers)Detailed product and roadmap presentations (creating and delivering)Sales education on products value proposition and differentiators.Supporting local activities, such as Trade Shows as a speaker, customers roadshows...The position will report into the Product Line Management and Marketing director located in France.Required Skills:• At least 10 years of product line management (or similar) experience in telecom, preferably in optical transport• Working knowledge of the optical transport market• Working knowledge of optical transport technologies and protocols, including SW management solutions• Extensive experience involving customer interaction in a product line, sales or a sales support role• Strong Presentation capacity, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills• Passionate customer advocacy, customers facing position• A proven history of being able to work with customers, balancing their needs with general market requirements• A good understanding of hardware and software development processes• A good understanding of operational and network management of optical transport products• The ability to write benefits focused technical marketing collateralPackage: Fix + bonusMedical plans Life insurance 401k
