We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to join a dynamic, mid-size consulting firm in Washington, DC. This role will manage various HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Manage compensation, benefits administration, and performance reviews.Facilitate training, development programs, and succession planning.Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.Support employee performance management and development initiatives.Maintain HR records and prepare reports as necessary.Facilitate training sessions and employee engagement activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven HR experience with a strong knowledge of employment laws, and and best HR practices.Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills.5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a consulting environmentExperience working in a dynamic and growing start-up environment is an advantageProficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Send your CV to joyce@.sg to discuss.
