Job descriptionOur client is a leading investment firm with over $20bn of real estate capital under management. They are looking to add an associate on their multifamily asset management team, focusing on all transactions and strategy of assets in the portfolio. This includes assistance with acquisitions underwriting and asset visits, strategy and execution of value enhancement strategies and analysis related to refinancing and dispositions.ResponsibilitiesFinancial modeling and analysis.Refinancing and disposition transactions.Investment valuations and return projections.Conducting strategic asset reviews.Market research and data mining.Comparable sale / company analysis.Leasing analysis.Development of presentations.Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use.Qualifications1-3 years of total work experience within a technical real estate seatBachelor's degree from a top-tier institutionDemonstrated professional and academic achievementProficiency in PowerPoint and ExcelStrong quantitative skills, including knowledge and understanding of finance and accountingExcellent written and verbal communication skills
