FP&A Data Analytics Technical Consultant

Duration: 3 Months ContractJob Description:As a FP&A Data Analytics Technical Consultant, your work, whether it's modeling investment scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our business leaders to make strategic decisions.A master juggler working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to tackle big-picture challenges.This role offers you the opportunity to partner with Finance, Deals and Commercial teams across different regions, understanding key business metrics, highlighting risk and opportunities via analytics and through process stewardship such as target setting and annual planning. Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded top performer, with great analytical and data skills who can be a key contributor in a high-energy growth environment and is interested in building a career in Finance.Responsibilities:Drive insights and analysis to support the financial performance of Incentives Programs for both Agencies and Advertisers.Manage the technical data infrastructure to help the team manage and influence the financial aspects of diverse incentive programs.Leverage technical expertise to provide quantitative analysis around incentives programs, including support for ROI and incrementality studies, working in partnership with other teams.Interact with other Finance, Product, and partner teams to assure strategic and analytical alignment, as well as data consistency and efficiency.Mandatory:SQL.Financial Analysis.Financial Modeling.Data Analytics.Statistical Analysis (A/B testing, causal inference, propensity score matching, time series analysis).Data Visualization.Experience with programming languages (ideally Python or R) is a plus.Experience with PLX tools (scripts, tables, dashboards) is a plus.Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
