Experienced litigation attorney is needed to join an in-house legal team in Ft. Lauderdale. The company is seeking a Litigation Associate with a strong background in commercial litigation and significant experience handling negligence cases. This role is ideal for a highly motivated attorney ready to manage a large caseload in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.About the Role: The successful candidate will be an integral part of the in-house legal department, responsible for managing high-volume litigation matters. They will handle cases primarily focused on negligence, as well as some product liability matters. The company is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and begin settling cases from day one.Key Responsibilities:Oversee a high-volume caseload of subrogation negligence cases.Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation.Negotiate and settle cases efficiently and effectively.Requirements:Licensed attorney in Florida, in good standing.Experience in commercial litigation with strong familiarity in negligence cases.Proven track record of independently managing and settling cases.Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills.Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
