About our client:Our client is a leading cybersecurity firm headquartered in the greater Philadelphia area, providing a comprehensive suite of services to their clients, including readiness support for the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). Their mission is to ensure businesses meet the security requirements to work with the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government entities.About the Role:As our client expands their market presence, they are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Research Analyst to join their team. This role will play a critical part in researching and refining their targeted customer base, driving targeted marketing efforts, refining outreach strategies, and supporting campaigns that connect us with mid-market organizations in the government contracting space.This is a 3 - 4-month contract position reporting directly to the President of the organization with the potential of a longer-term opportunity for the right individual. This is a hybrid role, working 2 - 3- days a week in the office located in Malvern PA. Job Responsibilities:Analyze large datasets (e.g., government contracting lists) to identify and prioritize target clients within the mid-market space that meet our defined criteria.Expert using Excel to develop and manage lead generation lists. Use AI tools and other technologies to refine lists and filter for relevant leads.Research and identify key decision-makers, such as CIOs, CISOs, and compliance officers, using LinkedIn and other sales and marketing resources.Proven analytical skills in data mining, data manipulation, report development and visualization.Support planning and execution of marketing activities to generate client leads.Work with leadership and partners to refine marketing efforts based on industry trends and government regulation updates.Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing actionable insights for improvement.Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, leads, and performance.Collaborate closely with architects, product teams, and leadership to align marketing strategies to meet overall business goals.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, and lead generation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Creative, resourceful, and dynamic marketing individual that brings unique and new strategies to generate sales leads. Experience with LinkedIn and research tools for identifying key decision-makers.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Nice to haves:Familiarity with government contracting, CMMC compliance, or cybersecurity.Knowledge of AI-driven tools for data analysis.Experience using BI tools.Developing and leading marketing campaigns.
