Legal Recruiting Coordinator

The Ford Agency is actively working with a well-regarded DC law firm in their search for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator will build relationships with law students, lateral and attorney candidates, and others to ensure a smooth recruiting process, while also coordinating and organizing on-campus interviews for a robust summer associate program.Responsibilities Include:Collaborate with attorney candidates, law students, search firms, and hiring managersReview resumes and schedule interviewsCoordinate fall on-campus interviews Coordinate summer associate programs, including orientations, events, and evaluationsQualifications Include: Bachelor's Degree3+ years of HR/Recruiting experience in a professional services environmentProficiency in MS OfficeCandidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.The Ford Agency is a recruiting firm based in Washington, DC.
