Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

5 to 10 hours per week Design, execution in landing page builder (mostly) or Shopify, and A/B testing of pages they've built We are looking for a skilled Conversion Rate Optimization expert to create landing pages for our paid marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a successful background in direct response marketing for a large online retailer, converting at each stage of the sales funnel. They should have extensive experience in turning visitors into customers using various techniques, strategies, and technologies for immediate results. The role involves planning and executing site marketing, including personalization and content segmentation. The CRO will drive growth and manage consumer behavior across desktop, tablet, and phone. They should have a strong understanding of website marketing and merchandising to enhance conversion, customer creation, and shopping personalization. Collaboration with Digital Marketing, Creative, E-commerce Operations, Site Merchandising, and DEV teams is essential to meet business and website goals. The candidate will use landing page builder apps like Shogun, with the online store hosted on Shopify. This is a part-time, remote position, requiring the creation of 2-3 landing pages per month and conducting audits for optimization and A/B testing.
