This company integrates advanced technologies to create a scalable, secure platform that empowers researchers, healthcare providers, and patients with actionable insights and seamless workflows.The Role:As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you will architect and develop robust systems, drive the implementation of DevOps practices, and contribute to building a scalable platform. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, setting the foundation for a potential transition into a Product Manager role.Responsibilities:Architect, design, and implement full-stack solutions using Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other modern technologies.Develop, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes.Design and optimize scalable APIs and microservices for seamless integration across the platform.Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user needs into technical solutions.Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform reliability and performance.Actively contribute to the team's DevOps culture by automating processes and promoting best practices.Work closely with leadership to understand product strategy and help shape the roadmap.Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, innovative engineering culture.Engage in cross-functional discussions to gain insights into customer needs, preparing for a future transition into product management.Requirements:Extensive experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB in building and scaling full-stack applications.Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based infrastructure.Proven track record in DevOps practices and automation.Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.Experience designing scalable and secure APIs and microservices.Passion for understanding user needs and shaping technical solutions that address them.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.A proactive approach to learning about product management concepts and practices.Experience in biotech, health tech, or startup environments is a strong advantage.The Future:This role is ideal for an engineer who aspires to transition into a Product Manager role.
