Senior Replenishment AnalystDepartment: Shared Service CenterSummary:The Senior Replenishment Analyst is responsible for optimizing stock levels, monitoring inventory health, and supporting accurate forecasting for retail operations. Key responsibilities include leveraging data analytics to drive efficient inventory management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring product availability to meet customer demand. This role plays a vital part in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the organization's goals through strategic inventory analysis and proactive replenishment practices.Responsibilities:Ensure precise forecasting, optimal stock levels, and quality fulfillment to consistently meet customer demand across all regions.Track and evaluate the impact of promotions on inventory, making adjustments to maintain ideal stock levels.Conduct data mining across the supply chain to identify business opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.Monitor key performance indicators, proactively identifying and addressing anomalies to support smooth inventory operations.Develop and implement a comprehensive inventory data analysis framework in partnership with key stakeholders to enhance reporting and decision-making.Strengthen data infrastructure to enable streamlined access, analysis, and real-time reporting capabilities.Create and maintain a data dictionary, standardizing calculation metrics and establishing evaluation standards for consistency.Enhance team capabilities by implementing best practices in data analysis, fostering a data-driven culture.Support diverse reporting needs, including tracking ROI, assessing project outcomes, and delivering insights to drive cross-departmental performance.Develop and optimize tools to improve forecasting accuracy, automate ordering processes, and increase efficiency in data analysis.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain analysis, or demand forecasting, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.Strong analytical ability to conduct trend analysis, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations for inventory optimization.Advanced knowledge of SQL, Oracle, and Microsoft Access for data extraction and management.Skilled in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create reports and dashboards.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java, with the ability to automate repetitive tasks and develop forecasting tools.Proven experience in demand forecasting, inventory planning, and stock management, particularly within the retail industry.Ability to design standardized metrics, enforce evaluation criteria, and contribute to a cohesive data analysis framework.Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams, presenting data insights and actionable recommendations to various departments.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Adaptable to changing retail dynamics, with a commitment to continuous learning and development in Replenishment techniques.Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerThis job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.Position Details:Employment Type: Full TimeLocation: 6338 Regio Ave, Buena Park, CA 90620Compensation: Starting at $80,000 / Yr.
