CSP has partnered with a distinguished independent international coeducational day school to support their search for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). This position, based in Bethesda, MD, requires an on-site presence five days a week.Position OverviewIn the capacity of HRBP, you will serve as a strategic partner in talent acquisition, data governance, benefits administration, HR-driven initiatives, and organizational development. You will collaborate closely with department heads to implement HR strategies while ensuring a high standard of confidentiality and compliance. Experience with translation and interpretation is an advantage.Deep knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and data protection regulations.Advanced analytical skills, with expertise in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a service-oriented approach and positive attitude.A strong commitment to confidentiality, ethical practices, and fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
