We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager with a strong data analysis background to optimize our marketing operations, ensure seamless data flow, and drive data-driven decision-making.Responsibilities Include:Operations Management:? Oversee daily operations of the marketing department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.? Manage and optimize processes related to campaign execution, project management, and resource allocation.? Implement and maintain operational best practices to enhance productivity and performance.? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing operations and overall business objectives.Data Analysis:? Manage and maintain Vital Marketing's marketing technology stack, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.? Implement and oversee data integration processes between different platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.? Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, with a specific focus on the legal and medical sectors.? Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), tailoring insights to the needs of our legal and medical clients.?
