ResponsibilitiesIncrease pipeline growth and revenue through the successful execution of segment marketing strategies, impactful sales enablement, and effective messaging that resonates with target customersDevelop compelling and differentiated messaging and positioning, tailored to target customers, and highlight core capabilities and valueKey stakeholder in executing of marketing initiatives, including launch planning, programming and campaign development, sales enablement, and content developmentDevelop and maintain detailed customer journey maps to visualize and improve the customer experience across all touchpointsDevelop a comprehensive sales kit supporting the selling process, including playbooks, sales decks, battle cards, solutions briefs, white papers, product demos, videos, blogs, and webinarsDevelop custom customer communication strategies, including product discovery announcements, guides, walk-throughs, and success KPIsUse insights to drive marketing strategies and ensure alignment with customer needs and market demandsSupport efforts that achieve an increase in market share by leading and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that position the company as a leader in the industryMeasure the impact of sales collateral on conversion rates, aiming for an improvement in conversion metrics across different segmentsQualificationsProven experience in product/solution marketing, with a focus on developing and executing successful GTM strategiesExcellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling contentAnalytical mindset with the ability to leverage market and customer data for strategic decision-makingAbility to manage projects and multiple complex activities and deliver against tight deadlinesA team player with a positive attitude, able to execute in a fast-paced environmentA willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the flyWorking experience in hardware/software technologies or IT Services is preferredPhysical DemandsDuties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.Typical ExperienceTwo to Four years of applicable experienceTypical EducationBachelor's degree or higher in an associated science discipline, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.Educational Requirements may vary by geographySalary$57,000 - 75,000 USD/yearThe salary range described in this posting is an estimate by the Company, and may change based on several factors, including by not limited to a change in the duties covered by the job posting, or the credentials, experience or geographic jurisdiction of the successful candidate.NotesThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities of the position.
