Following this early success, we are now looking to hire a Forward Deployed Engineer to help implement our technology within our customers and ensure they are able to maximise their success with the product.Backed by the VCs behind names such as SpaceX, AirBnB, Facebook and OpenAI , this is an opportunity to join a company which has incredible potential and has some monumental growth plans for the next 12-24 months. You will be working directly with the 2 Founders and will be a pivotal part of their growth plans as they go on this exciting journey!Role Forward Deployed EngineerLocation - San Francisco (onsite)Salary - (DOE) + significant stockRole:Dedicated point of contact for select enterprise customersResponsible for managing the end-to-end implementation process with clientsBuilding automations in the our product, replicating and replacing manual processesWorking closely with client users to understand their specific client team workflowsBuilding strong relationships across key stakeholders and ensuring successful implementation.Digging deep into client processes to understand how automation can replicate tasks and enhance productivityUsing technical software engineering experience to ensure all automation sequences and commands reflect required functionality - our product using English rather than a specific language but is written out in code format so you will find this intuitive and more efficient that needing to write actual codeRequired Experience:4+ years software engineering experience in any core languageStrong skills in HTML and Javascript - our product works through web browser so these are the most important to have experience withProblem solver - you enjoy proactively solving technical problems using your intuitionPrevious experience owning technical and personal tech projects - we love people who are passionate about building things themselves!Technically curious - you enjoy learning new technologies and you are excited about advancements within the world of automation and AIStakeholder Management - you are comfortable building relationships with various client teamsClient Facing - you will have previous experience working "client side" with large/complex customers or you are passionate and interested about doing this in your next roleStart-Up Mentality - we are a true start-up and things move fast - we need people who are excited by this and want to get stuck in wherever they can as we grow!Computer Science Degree - we strongly prefer those who have completed a CS related degree and come from a high level of academiaMust be based in San Francisco This is an opportunity to get in with one of the world's most promising start-ups so get in touch now to find out more!
