National Account Manager

This is a dynamic role with exceptional earning potential and robust benefits.What We Offer:Compensation Package: $185.5k-$268k (Base: $100k-$150k, plus bonuses, profit sharing, and stock awards).Quarterly Bonus: Up to 40% of base salary (33% average over the past 5 years).Profit Sharing: 26% average of base + bonus annually.Additional Perks: $7,000 car allowance, generous 401(k) match, stock options, and more.About the Role:As a Buyer, you will:Manage procurement of scrap metal (ferrous and non-ferrous) from industrial accounts across the U.S.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.Identify margin improvement opportunities and ensure excellent customer service.Travel approximately 50% of the time to meet clients.What You Bring:A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in scrap or metal buying, sales, or procurement.Strong negotiation, communication, and CRM/ERP software skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Why Join Us?We are one of the largest processors and distributors of scrap and secondary metals in North America, with annual sales of approximately $750 million.
