LAND PLANNER DENVEREntry Level We're looking for entry level Planners to join us in our Denver office. Norris Design is a worldwide strategic partner in planning, landscape architecture and branding. Our Baseline • Internship experience at a professional organization or municipality• Have an understanding and knowledge of zoning regulations, subdivision regulations and land use, zoning and development review and approval processes• Professional writing skills to effectively communicate the goals and objectives of projects and graphic design skills to supplement written expression• Ability to do research in an orderly and timely manner• Ability to analyze data, abstract problems, and conceptualize solutions• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and ACAD• You'll be enthusiastic, creative, and have the ability to think proactively and strategically• Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture or another related field from an accredited program Full time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplementary Insurance and Dependent Care FSA and Healthcare FSA. A portion of the premiums are paid for by Norris Design. Norris Design also pays for Basic Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability as well as a 4% company match to our employer 401k plan.
