We are unable to provide sponsorship at this moment".Job Title: Global Program Manager - Cloud MarketplacesDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: San Jose CA 95110Pay Rate: $50-$56/hrJob Description:What you'll do:OperationBecome an authority on Cloud Marketplaces Procurement Program and act as Marketplace advisor and SMEPartner with collaborators to gather approval on requests, offer assistance with deal structure inquiries, and ensure transactions adhere to Client's requirements and operational guidelinesCommunicate regularly with sales teams to ensure consistent application of processes and policiesMonitor submission for opportunities to be evaluated for marketplace transactions.Email Sales account teams and Partner Managers with approval decisions on opportunities requesting Marketplace procurementReview Marketplaces pipeline, update CRM with deals identified as having Enterprise agreements, and clean SFDC data for PowerBI dashboardProject ManagementImplement project plans, improvements, and business process queries on and associated appsTrack progress and follow up to completion of product listings on Cloud MarketplacesPrepare communications to sales and management, draft recurring newsletters on deal status, and highlight resourcesEngage with Credit Team to monitor Azure Marketplace private offers and request new private offers as neededMonitor contract end dates and lead private offers accordinglyBusiness AnalysisDevelop expertise on AWS and Microsoft Cloud Marketplace for growth. Evaluate how Marketplaces procurement can cultivate partnership engagement for Building and Co-Sell possibilities, progressing deals, and pinpointing vital success factors according to region, segment, and customer typeEvaluate key trends, correlations, and causal data to inform go-to-market strategies and implementation with Cloud partnerships. Aid our sales leaders in improving Client's partnership opportunities with Cloud PartnersCollaborate with Client's Sales Operations team to collect sales and customer data, generate CRM reports for strategic analysis, and evaluate email campaign success by analyzing deal progression and engagement metricsUse v-lookups for account matching and upload accounts for specific taggingMonitor SFDC data hygiene for pipeline progressGeneral Team SupportLead new hires' additions to team distribution lists, recurring meetings, system accounts, and access to Microsoft TeamsMonitor Outlook mailbox and redirect inquiries to the appropriate teamsGovern and curate sales collateral and enablement on internal portalsMaintain team organization slidesLiaise between external content design vendors and Client on presentation slidesExperience LevelShown business analysis with Excel reporting, enterprise systems such as ERP, or experience with Salesforce & CRM reporting and Power BIDetailing, implementing tasks, and following through to completion in project managementStrong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams or SlackProven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.Required skills:Proficiency in Excel and v-lookupsExperience with CRM, Outlook, Teams, Slack, or similar enterprise systems and toolsProcess documentation and project managementProcess engineeringExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdditional skills:Flexible and open to ideasStrong problem-solving abilitiesDiligentPrioritizing customer service and supportMultitasking and organizational skillsExperience with trouble ticketsSales support experienceGreat teammateAbout ASKASK Consulting is an award-winning technology and professional services recruiting firm servicing Fortune 500 organizations nationally.
