Each respective group is Iconic by Nature and Exceptional by Design.This position will coordinate and manage the development and approval needs of private label merchandise. They will partner with internal departments to create new items based on market analysis.Role ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage time and action for new ordersComplete customer development formsSend approval submissions to customers (lab dips, embroideries, reference samples, etc.)Maintain product approval submit libraryUnderstand and follow customer policies and requirementsCoordinate Customer needs, request & communicationsResolve development issues such as new packaging, non-compliant components, & factory inability to achieve aestheticsReact to Walmart trends in market they may effect product performance on retail levelCommunicate internally with design, sales, production, quality control, fabric teams, and technical staffWork well in a fluid, fast-paced, and often ambiguous environmentCommunicate externally with Buying, Product and QA teams of customer to ensure customer requirements are met.Working in a highly customized Walmart process with their denim and soft bottoms & tops categoriesPotentially manage 1 direct reportQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.4 - 7 years of experience in field or related fieldSmall team mentor and/or leadership experienceMust have knowledge of Denim washing & processingWorking knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plusProficient in MS Office SuiteStrong Excel skillsStrong project management skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and work in fast paced environmentStrong organizational skillsExcellent oral & written communication skillsCollege degreeWe are an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer.
