Associates work on a broad range of sophisticated real estate, real estate M & A, private equity transactions, loan financings, joint ventures, leasing, restructuring, fund formation and development. Associates will conduct due diligence and risk assessments, as well as mentor junior attorneys and support staff.Qualifications: California State Bar license, strong academics, proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines. 2017-2019 JD from accredited law school, minimum 6 years' experience in complex real estate transactions.
